1. Operator and contract

2. Service
Tamil Learning Hub provides independent Life in the UK preparation, bilingual practice questions, timed mock tests and progress information. It is not an official test provider and does not guarantee a pass, citizenship, settlement or immigration outcome.
3. Accounts
Provide accurate information, protect your password and do not share or resell account access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security.
4. Plans, price and duration
The checkout page shows the total GBP price, access duration and payment provider before purchase. Current plans are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. Access begins after verified payment and ends on the displayed date, except Lifetime access which has no scheduled expiry while the service continues.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Your statutory rights are not restricted. Online cancellation rights and the effect of requesting immediate access are explained in the Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Read the policy.
6. Acceptable use and content
Do not copy, scrape, redistribute, attack or interfere with the service. Personal study use is permitted. Questions and explanations may contain errors and must receive continuing editorial review. Report suspected errors to us.
7. Availability and termination
We may maintain, update or temporarily suspend the service. We may suspend accounts for fraud, unlawful use, security risk or serious breach, acting reasonably. If we permanently stop a paid service, applicable consumer remedies remain available.
8. Liability and law
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for decisions made solely from practice content or for losses not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made. These terms are governed by the applicable law of the United Kingdom, without removing any mandatory rights you have where you live.
